Moroccan Pom Pom Blanket

These blankets, known asbatania, are woven in atiny weaving studio hidden down narrow pathways on the outskirts of the Marrakesh Medina. Trimmed with dramatically oversized pom poms and woven from 100% hand spun wool, the heirloom textiles are a stylized rendition of the traditional blankets used to protect against freezing temperatures in the high Atlas Mountains.
